Tech day in March!

Good time today!

The old-timers yelled at each other because we are deaf.

The young-timers kept grinding and fitting, interrupted with welding...

Nice and clean, we'll have to weld to the pumpkin a bit for the truss.

Hypoid showed up to lend a hand.

The TnT ubolt eliminators are very wide and do not play well with other trusses. We had to modify them to fit with the IRO truss.

A little fill weld from removing the leaf perches at the last session.

A little more finessing on the ubolt eliminator perches.

The finished product. The IRO truss is nice with integrated/raised bump stop pads.

It actually looks like we know what we are doing.

The last pic of the day, welded on the top plate to the truss and the UCA mount. Next Sunday we'll finish up the truss on the driver side, LCA mounts, sway bar mounts, and hub spacers.

Thanks for understanding I got until the end of the month before I start working again., so I have been putting in the time hoping to be trail ready I have not run s trail since August.2014 ...driving over Jersey walls in a less than half done rig with shocks dangling not mounted.tack welded exo b pillars and rear door skins duct taped on was closest thing to wheeling in 2 years. Hopefully I.will see some of the group on trail this year .

Another great time at old_man's place. Didn't get done like I had hoped to, but that's life.

We are going to be hopefully finishing it off this Sunday the 12th.

What time are you guys planning on showing up Sunday?

What time are you guys planning on showing up Sunday?

Kittrell and I are going to shoot to be up there 9ish. Going to get started on prep work for all the brackets and what not. I know Justin is coming a little later.

I will grab some more brats I had last time and I have to leave no later than 4:30.

It is after 4:30, any pictures? :D

I don't care what anyone says, you a good kid!!!! :)

I did not snap any pictures today. I spent the entire time under Tom's daughters car.

I really appreciated the help. They did finish the front axle as far as they could. They need to mock it up under the vehicle before welding the sway bar brackets so they don't have any interference issues.
