    **UPDATED** HHO GAS....

Seems it needs to have a variable output tuned to control the HHO feed at 2% of the Gasoline or Diesel feed rate to hit peak efficiency at all speeds and loads. Takes a PWM tied in with a TPS or the ECU the fuel injector signal to vary the HHO output. Not a simple design task by any means. I...

    **UPDATED** HHO GAS....

Just some interesting chemical analogue on the gas and HHO generator found it interesting........Just have to get thru the chemistry part of it. http://www.allpar.com/fix/holler/hydrogen.html Flash

    **UPDATED** HHO GAS....

Details!!!!!! what design did you go with? plates, washers Shower drains???? voltage draw. What amp fuse are you getting to hold................... Any body heard of using tungsten steel??????????(just something i head had been use before........................................ Flash

    Goodburbon's hydrogen experiment

Goodburbon, did you read my comment, in the other thread, on hot glowing wire(Air flow sensor) Post 286 http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?p=243981219#post243981219 Here is the link, for all that my want to add to the discussion,......... that caused this thread to be, in the first...

    **UPDATED** HHO GAS....

Bump. Just thougt i would make it easier for those that still want to analyze this, but are currently doing so, on the HHO/mpg thread("Goodburbon's hydrogen experiment") Flash

    Goodburbon's hydrogen experiment

As far as testing to see if its working. Run the hose into a jar of water with a touch of dish soap...............scoop bubbles and light then off! It makes your own personal fire crackers:shhh: Flash

    **UPDATED** HHO GAS....

I especially like the statement made on the 2nt page, last paragraph. Basically said that some intake air flow sensor us a glowing metal wire to sence air flow thru the intake. can you imagine the :fuse:that would happen when the key was turn on, and not started for several minutes. as the hho...

    **UPDATED** HHO GAS....

I agree!!!!!!!...................How ever, sense the people of the design, are giving the idea's and parts list that you have to buy some wheres else(there not making a profit off of it) and its real cheap to try..............Why not! It's not like this is some huge pyramid skeem or something...

    Forged crank?

Lower the compression the 12 or 13:1 and run E-85 pump gas(has a octane rating of something like 110 or 107 compare to 91;) Flash.

    **UPDATED** HHO GAS....

OK here is my prediction, opinion, theory, what ever. I think it will work, but will be to big of a pain to keep the maintenance of it up. It has been said a hundred time on here but not together(I may have mist it along the way) First off, I'm NOT a scientists by any means, so don't...

    Polish and port, take 2

Hmmm Vary interesting thoughts, Thanks guys! My thought, after i posted that question was that the air hitting the shelf would cause the air to tumble, causing a turbulence, that my have actually been good. It may cause the injection spray in that area to mix the air with the fuel...

    Polish and port, take 2

Alex how about a little bit deeper explination of that.........As i to would have beleived that the air stream hitting a wall,(head face of port, being larger then manifold)) would be lost performance........Not gain???? Flash

    Really budget stroker

I thing that if the compression is high enough on E85, that efficiency would be too............27 sound quit amazing. Flash

    Really budget stroker

E85 will always get less mpg the gas. But if you are going to run E85 all the time, then compression is you friend. Try to get it up to at least 10.5 TO 11.1 BUT DON'T EXPECT IT TO RUN ON GAS! Flash

    Really budget stroker

As long as your willing to except, that there is a possibility, that you my have to run a little bit more then 91 in the tank..........to stay out of the ping/knock in hot weather.........the "cheap stroker" would work for you just fine.;) Not to send your thread off in the wrong...

    Really budget stroker

gradon, your are correct it is 6.123, I fat fingered it :D BlueCuda, interesting thought about the 340 rods. I thing with the Eagle rods (6.150") you could go with the KB 10.1 pistons and not ping. Do to the almost perfect Quench. Flash.
  18. Flash

    Really budget stroker

Yes, the KB stoker pistons are Forged Piston designed around the 4.0L rod(6.124) And if you have a set of the Eagle rod rods, the Quench number is allmost perfect!!!!!!! with 0 decking of the block And they are NOW avalible as we speak, as one of the guys on "Jeepstrokers" just received what...

    Really budget stroker

I Know that you are looking for the stroker on the cheep, but KB just released there stroker piston based off from the 258/4.0 stroker in a 9.1 or a 10.1 NOT CHEAP but improve the quench as well as lowering the compression ratio (9.1 of course) Been a lot of discussion on it over at...
