from temple south on 95 to Cistern,tx... R on 1115 just past cistern store, 6 miles then L on 2762 , couple miles and a R onto armstrong-derry rd(CR 455). R at T in road (old waelder rd/CR 456) straight to dead end, R over cattle guard and half mile to my place....From San antonio or houston take exit 653 and go to shell station..call me when at or close to shell.........361 218 5998 Rich
