If he has a Ford tow truck, get a little drill bit the smaller the better. Drill 2 very small holes as high up as you can into his head lights. Take a small tube and some gas, then put the tube into a small container with the gas in it and the other end in the hole. Fill the lens up untill the gas just touches the bulb. When he turns on his lights BLAMO :flame: It'll blow the hell out of the front of his truck!darjevon said:Yes but its in San Bruno, CA - the tow truck guy was uninsured. I have NO WAY to get my money back to replace it. I'll be able to straighten it with a lot of work, but, needless to say, I'm extremely pissed. I guess he just doesn't know the difference between a winch bumper and a factory brush guard. Maybe he just needs his all 6 of his tires slashed.
The thing's just gorgeous though - the beluga black paint looks new, and it only has 125k. It has two TINY dents in the drivers side door - and guess what? The guy threw in a brand new door painted beluga black. It's perfect, bodywise, except for a tweaked bumper mount.

I'm trying to convince her to at least consult with a no win no pay lawyer to see what the chances of us getting more would be.

scottmcneal said:so then he should start it an screw the tow truck company an driver, because he was DUMB to move it before TIEING it down RIGHT...Put a batt in it too see if you can get it to run, pull the plugs an put small amount of oil in each hole an let set awhile, then turn motor over by hand to lube rings, then use starter an check your spark.

But for older vehicles, it's increasingly difficult to find the same vehicle running and being in the same condition as your "destroyed" vehicle. I understand in his case it wasn't running, but nobody had to know that. He just wanted a tow. He can do whatever he wants, regardless if it runs or not.

Just for fun I searched on autotrader around richmond, since you don't say exactly where you are. And found a lot of them for a decent prices.
