OK,

The JKS fitment issue has been bugging me, so I went out into the garage and spent some time on the creeper under the Jeep. I decided that I am going to revisit the install tomorrow. I think all that is needed is to remove the fuel lines from their clip, take the clip out and push the lines over to the center of the chassis a little to clear the crossover mount. Hopefully, everything will work out. I'll post the results tomorrow.

u need a CENTER inlet and OFFSET out let, trust me a offset inlet flowmaster does not work on a cherokee, your either gonna be rubbin the frame or the driveshaft

I run a offset inlet and center output.. as do most others i think.
