About the swaybars hitting the springs... RE gives you a bracket in their kit that offsets the sway bar forward to keep it away from the springs.

If you have someone who can show you, you can save even more $$ because there are some things some guys gan get by feel versus using some of the special tools. I know a guy that sets them up all the time and the only special tool he uses is a dial indicator.

I found them for sale on here, but they had not been used yet. They aren't Spidertrax, but they have been just fine. I think they are 1.25" and cost me under $100.

It's average. One of those that goes in front of the radiator.

I got the 35's mounted on some stocker wheels I have had in the basement for 12 years. I have wheel spacers, but even so, these wheels don't stick out very far at all. It looks like they would rub badly in this pic, but they don't rub where you would think. They actually tuck pretty nicely...

Aetna isn't that bad. You just have to know people... or people who know people. We ride up there at night sometimes and that is when you want to carry. Even then, you don't run into that much trouble. You only catch grief if you look like a yup in a cute ute.

I always got a kick out of vehicles with tilt meters... especially when they were transplanted from one vehicle to another. Like another poster said... they don't tell you your tip point until after you tip.

It's probably not your torque. Are your retainer plates in one piece, or did you cut them in half so you wouldn't have to get a new bearing/seal pressed on to begin with? If they are halves, I probably know what your problem is. If they are wholes, I'm not so sure unless your seal was damaged...

I have an AJ's. If you are patient... that is the way to go!

Only when I have a low tire... and mine doesn't have to be all that low either.

I ran mine (27 spline) with 33 mt's and a detroit and never broke anything. After pulling it out, I am surprised they work so well. The shafts look tiny. Smaller even than the D-35.
