Want to Buy: 242 4.0L - Preferably '96-'98 vintage

I blew the 4.0L motor in my 98 Cherokee. I'm in the process of pulling out the old motor now, and am on a search to source my new powerplant. I'm looking for a '96 to '98 for easiest compatibility.

I'm considering junk yards, members, and a rebuild (but this is $$$$).
