I'm not wanting to make 4.0 power, but an 20-40 HP wouldn't hurt. When I saw the 9.2:1 CR, I knew that I could boost it, just a little. I could just grab a turbo off the Chrysler 2.2s. The 2.5 Chryslers used a smaller Mitsubishi turbo, that would be great for just down low grunt, but I'm just thinking a little more help on the highway wouldn't hurt. I've got a Ford Ranger 2.3 4x4 on 31s with a 5 speed and 4.10s, and by the time I grab 5th, I'm out of power. Not sure of the 2.5 in the MJ/XJ, but I'm guessing a little help wouldn't hurt.
Which leads back to a question, is the 2.5 using the same bellhousing bolt pattern as the 4.0 or the GM 2.8?
