d44 pattern check

Your current pattern is to high on the face of the tooth. There should always be some clearance between contact pattern and top of tooth (FSM). Here is one of the pest pictures to explain what is needed for you. Thanks to BellaVista from Pirate4X4. If you have to go down to .005 for backlash then so be it. It's still within spec.
