Those things are all over the place up here. Down the street, there is an empty lot that no one has built on yet, so many of the contractors have used it to dump left over building material after a new house is built. Seems like every summer more of those spiders are crawling around on that lot...

True, you don't need one. But many shops won't even try to align a lifted XJ without one. If you don't want to align it yourself, then you had better get the dropped pitman arm.
