    AW4 wanted

Thanks for the connect Sidriptide -- However, it's a 21 Spline and not a 23 which is what I think he needs. Matthew

    Dog farts

My dog would fart and vacate as well... Sometimes with a real sweet rip he would stare at his butt in astonishment. I used to sneak up on him while he was sleeping and fart right in his face to even the score. Matthew

    Complete 4.7 engines

Golen will make the engine based on the block/head you specify -- just double or triple check with him to make sure that he does. (First one he built for me was a H.O. even though I had requested a Renix). He will also bore it 60 over to get them to the 4.7 liter point if you request it. I...

Need help finding a spring for the rear parking brake.

Re: I was able to pick up a complete XJ D44 brake rebuild kit from Napa. The parts places around here don't do well with detailed descriptions of a piece. They work by part # and not by brain. When I was forcing the parts guy to think (he didn't want to) he finally got it figured out by the...

    Custom steering d30.

I swear I'm not trying to be a peeny -- but keep the discussion out of the for sale area. No chit/chat was a major factor in getting the local FS forum! Matthew

Tilt steering wheel loose at column center

I just had to do mine -- I tried building a pivot pin puller but it didn't work out. I ended up tightening the lower two bolts as a temporary fix and ordered the puller. Will tear into it again next weekend. It's really not that bad of a job. I used the el-camino links myself. I ordered the...

BENNINGTON VERMONT AREA TRAIL CLEAN-UP APRIL 22ND

Sidriptide and I did a scouting run last weekend and the north end of SPR is really trashed. This will be a good cleanup run. I bet the pile of garbage that comes out will be most impressive. Sidriptide -- does this mean your going to be there? Matthew

Lift install day, but no lift installed!

I installed my Rusty's 3" AAL in my MJ the day after Christmas in my driveway by myself with hand tools. I had to stare at the boxes for a week prior to Christmas and that damn near drove me nuts. My inlaws and neighbors thought I was totally insane. I would never be able to wait a year...

    Searchers steering install...

Looks like a nice setup. I'm curious though -- how similar are the angles of the draglink to the trackbar? My understanding is the closer those two angles are to being the same the less pronounced bumpsteer will be. Have you driven it yet? What are your impressions? Matthew
