Geo Caching TSF 10-11-09

since i will be there for the trail adoption meeting Sunday at 10 am anyway i thought, why waste a trip ?

anyone who wants to hook up and do a lil geo caching let me know and we can figure out a time and place to meet.

I have approx 20 caches left to find in the area.

:scottm: Yarrr, I am in. I wasn't planning on wheeling, just doing the Trail walk Through with the group. I do have a travel bug that needs to get back into a cache

We ran out of time on Rocky Uphill last time trying to find the geocahe...

Sure you could. You should bring your XJ out. We will just be driving around from GeoCache to GeoCache, once you get close.. its just a matter of trompin around trying to find the dang things..

Rover #14 is still there. Last found in July apparently . . .

Rover #2 (the ceder tree campground one) has been moved. Damn it ! shoulda done my homework !

hahaha nice! I am buying a GPS sometime this week! I found it a great way to burn time between wheelin trips. it was nice not going trail-to-trail.. instead using the trails to adventure!

We have got to do some geo caching on the Thanksgiving run!

When did you find it ? its been clear cut . . . . If its still there, its under 4 feet of dead wood. their post says it was moved Oct of 08'

Did you see one of them, off the 6 is a DVD exchange cache.. that might be interesting.
