Thinking about selling it, priorities change. Bought a nice size chunk of land across the road from a lake that is becoming pretty popular as an investment. Thinking about just getting a pull behind camper trailer that I can put out there as a getaway spot and use during hunting season also. So far all the homes being built in that area are high end and my property has a great veiw of the lake and about 300 feet from the boat ramp entrance. I plan to keep it until the property value gets way up there and then subdivide it. I can tow the RZR with my xj when ever I go up there and it is only 45 minutes away from my house.
