I think im in pretty good shape.. ran out of shielding gas, so no more welding this weekend, but i really only need to do a little more sheet metal work on the bed and add front limit straps and bumps. Tomorrow i have enough bolt on stuff to keep me busy and i can clean up the workspace a bit.

Gonna swap over my steering wheel to the new one and fix the clock spring today after work.. I'd like a horn for the drive down. Gonna change my front axle oil too, I'm still running the break in oil.

Don't worry about the winch, I can pull you out everytime you get stuck!

put legit brake caliper spacer thing on and take out the shim i made
trim gas tank skid
find some d-rings
wash it, clean the inside, pack it up

Bold stuff is done.

-Install t-case skid
-Rebuild front shaft
-Hook up t-case linkage
-Fix winch - Sort of, I have power in at least
-Install passenger seat so I can pretend I has frendz
-Swap in Durango box
-Swap sway bar bushings
-Replace D30 pinion bearing half-*** style
-Swap in WJ leather seats and new carpet
-Rebuild a set of spare shafts
-Build a roof rack? - Didn't end up needing the space
-Fix e-brake - Broke the adjuster trying to free it up, so this will have to wait
-Alignment
-Lube/Check/Tighten erraythang - Last thing to do on Wednesday

I'm doing laundry/packing tomorrow, then final checks Wednesday before we head out around 8pm. I'm getting excited finally...

I was considering washing mine too, but I felt like it was pointless. You might have inspired me to make it look decent though.

I washed mine, even took armor all to the pollen covered dash. I also realized half doors make it really easy to clean out the floors with a hose too.

i'm even gonna wax it. its been sitting without any since spring... i hit it hard with dish soap after it sat all winter and you can tell the paint could use some love.
