I talked about this in the write-up thread but decided to break it off to not get to off-topic from that thread.
As of now, I just finished the rough country drop brackets on my 99 Cherokee with a 4.5" RE lift. I kept on the RE control arms at first but swapped out the uppers for stock (.5" shorter) and moved the lower arms all the way back on the frame. The steering linkage is still real close to hitting the stabilizer bar bolt/mount and rubbing against the drivers side swaybar mount.
Making this slight change helped a little bit-now I can drive to an alignment shop WITHOUT the stabilizer bar/bolt in, but its still way to close.
I measured the wheelbase and they're about 101 on each side. I don't see what I did wrong or how to fix it.
I'm on my phone so I can't upload pics atm. I can add some later. Anyone got any ideas?
