Shop to regear near Chicago

Do you guys know of any shop in the area that has a good reputation to regear an XJ? Im looking to go eith 4:10 gears front and rear, and if i cant find the time to do it ill be going to a shop. Anyone have a preferred shop? Or do this kind of work at home?
