Also I do think with warranty claims like they had they should replace it as the way I see it improer setup is abuse.. So the "abuse prooof" warranty should cover it.. as far as mfg. Error of course it exists . I have issues with logangs metals for XXXXin up the shit they built for me.. And before I went blasting them on the internet I took CLEAR and obvious photos of their mistakes that made shure it wasn't me before bashing them.. And they chose not to rectify the situation...

btw he already said it looked like the heim was toosmall. Sucks when you get the wrong part but it's installer error to install wrong piece.. I almost fried my wiring cause got sent wrong alt. When I did my durango alt.. Wouldve been my fault for not verifying part
First I would like to thank all of you, good, bad, and Indifferent. I feel that my mission has been achieved by touching so many fellow jeepers. I am In no way trying to blast any one or be rude and as I stated In my OP I have chalked It up as a learning experience and I will personally never purchase another product from RK and I will caution others against there products, and customer service…..
Now to clear a few things up, no I’m not gone I have just been busy getting ready for a trip to the sera Nevada’s that imp about to leave on tomorrow. I will stand my ground because in this instance it was a life threatening ordeal which was no fault of mine. The hime on the track bar was threaded all the way up to where the jamb nut currently sits in the pica I provided. The jamb nut was still locktited in to place where it was since I’ve installed it. Yes I did tighten it down on three separate occasions but it was when I was checking everything else out and greasing everything. It WAS NEVER LOOSE I just rechecked it 3 times.
Now as far as some macro pics, sorry to say but the bar has already been boxed and shipped back to RK, The only part I kept was the frame side bracket as I think it is a beefy set up and I am in the process of fabing up the bar tonight.
I do want to thank those that were on my side as I’m no idiot, (I may not be able to spell when imp typing on a stupid smart phone, but you can’t blame me I have fat fingers….)
And last but not least,
As I originally stated in my first post, this is just a warning take it how you will………. It’s your life any way…..

Did we find out if the trac bar only had three threads or if it just looked that way? (I'm guessing "No" because of Post #108...I'm assuming he read the whole thread.)
In response to Post #108...I think it might be wrong to assume that it would only thread in three revolutions. The diameter may well open up beyond that, and the OP indicates that it was threaded in all the way up to the nut as we see it in the picture.
I'm ready to agree with the guy above me...
Given how far the heim was in the track bar the only possibility is the heim was a size too small for the track bar.
They supplied the heim joint, they sourced them, they hopefully tested them, they are liable for them, does not matter who ultimately made them.

All components must be used in their proper places and proof of this is required for warranty claims. Any substitutions of other manufacturers components or exemptions of required components will immediately void the warranty. Rock Krawler components may have minor finish damage to powder coated or plated surfaces which may occur during shipping and is not covered under warranty.
Rock Krawler Suspension guarantees that all of its products are of the finest quality and free from manufacturing defects. Any product that has been manufactured incorrectly or is of a defective nature will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Rock Krawler Suspension. Springs and Shocks are free from manufacturer's defect only and are only returnable if they have not been installed. Rock Krawler covers the cost of the part only shipping, vehicle down time, etc is the responsibility of the end user.
What is not covered
Bushings, hardware, brake lines, heim joints. These parts are subject to wear and are not considered defective when worn. They are warranted for 90 days from the date or purchase for defects in workmanship only. Products or components which have been subjected to accident, alteration, modification, improper installation, tampering, negligence, misuse, or products installed on a vehicle used in sanctioned racing events. A race is defined as any contest between two or more vehicles, or any contest of one or more vehicles against the clock, whether or not such contest is for a prize.
Vehicles used for government or commercial purposes. Rock Krawler Suspension does not warrant any product not manufactured by Rock Krawler Suspension. Rock Krawler Suspension products are not covered under warranty outside the United States of America. Rock Krawler Suspension shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury, whether ordinary, direct, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising from the manufacture, sale, installation, resale, delivery, possession, handling or use of its products. Rock Krawler Suspension is not responsible for typographical errors either in pricing or in content. Warranties, policies and prices subject to change without notice.
A note about jam nuts and the consumer's responsibility. The installer is the person or persons initially responsible for the proper setup of the suspension system and/or components and the initial tightening of the jam nuts. The consumer or vehicle owner is the person or persons responsible for maintaining the jam nuts tight. Failure to do so will result in the rapid deterioration of the threads in the control arm and will impose a "cause for concern" for the occupants of the vehicle. Failure to comply with the warnings headed in the directions regarding the amount of threads showing past the jam nut will also cause the same "cause for concern" for the occupants of the vehicle. All of the above items are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and or installer. If a threaded section of a component is bad it will show itself defective immediately. Threads that fail over time are due to improper maintenance of jam nuts and can be proven very easily. Thread sections not properly maintained or setup are not covered under warranty. This is the end user and installer's responsibility.

What a joke. There is not enough evidence either way to blame rk or the op. The only point I was trying to make is rk claims abuse proof warranty then doesn't honor it. Regardless of fault, they owe the op a trackbar. User error, manufacturer error doesn't matter. If Dana spicer claimed the 35 to be abuse proof, they would be out of business, but I would still expect them to honor their warranty.
