Need Help On 4.5 Inch lift......

i want to get a 4.5 inch Rough Country lift kit and i was wondering what kind of other things do i need to do to get rollin?

we're gonna need a lil more info thanthat to help you out,what kinda wheeling, size tires,year of jeep.....

i want to put either 33x12.5-15 or 32x11.5-15 i will mostly do trail riding and not much rock crawling the jeep is a 1987

I am running the same lift and 32's mts on 10 inch rims and rub when flexed, also trimmed the fenders. Also might recommend front brake line extensions.

people have told me that i have to shim the axle or something like that is this true? i am kinda new to four wheelin so any help would be nice

to get it perfect you'll have to put the lift on to figure out exactly what degree shim to use, if you even need one, but if you want a ball park figure someone can probly get one to you, one thing that I have found out is that no matter how much I prepare I am always delayed by wrong parts or unforseen problems, put the lift on and go from there, it's the best way to do things
