I am running the same lift and 32's mts on 10 inch rims and rub when flexed, also trimmed the fenders. Also might recommend front brake line extensions.
to get it perfect you'll have to put the lift on to figure out exactly what degree shim to use, if you even need one, but if you want a ball park figure someone can probly get one to you, one thing that I have found out is that no matter how much I prepare I am always delayed by wrong parts or unforseen problems, put the lift on and go from there, it's the best way to do things
