Locker Question

First off I'd like to say thanks to the groups for all the hours of informative and entertaining reading.

My question is, I have a Dana44 rear with 3.55's and a EZ Locker. I am going to be re-gearing to 4.56's here as soon as I can spare the time to do it. Can anyone tell me if my locker from the 3.55's will go into the new gearing, or are they gear specific?

the locker will be fine.. you have to replace the ring gear carrier though... think about a detroit if you can afford it..
