Installing Tie In Brackets

Ok now here is the wierd thing...... I went out there to try and thread one in the empty spot where there is suppose to be third one and it just goes all the way through..... its a big open hole.

You didn't notice that before you tried to thread a bolt into it?

Good news is this means you're probably not missing a steering box bolt.

Come on now Cherokeekid... have you even looked at how the steering box bolts up to the backside of your unirail?

Honestly, no. I have messed with everything from re gearing my axle, to light engine work, to full on custom long arms to steering setups, but I have NEVER even messed with a steering box before, never.
And also, I was doing this in the dark with no flashlight. I just found the hole, put the bolt in an realized it wasn't right.

that is just a sleeve hole, but adding a 1/2" x 3 1/2 bolt will just give you another tie in, at the rear of the bracket!
