I need help with a liberty antenna

My mother in law had her antenna ripped off at the car wash, when I went back to ask for the antenna, they gave me a handfull of antennas and wished me luck. Her plastic piece is cracked, but I think I can get it back together if I knew what it was supposed to look like.

Can someone who has a liberty post a pic of the antenna base after they take the antenna off? that would really help!! thanks!
