Basically this is the outer shell, 4.0, aw4 and np231. There are none of the following: front fenders, brake booster, brake lines, steering box, radiator, suspension, axles, tires, front seats, or interior panels. The engine, tranny and t case have 105k on them and ran great when I last drove it...

Please just take everyones advice and replace it all. I had a "rusty's" track bar and it broke on me multiple times as a tried to save some bucks, but honestly don't go out drinking for 2-4 weeks and you can buy a nice trackbar

Some that come to mind: Is everything tight? Steering angles? Damaged steering tie rod holes? Bad tie rods? But my main suggestion would be to.make sure the tires are balanced properly. Changing the PSI that much could have adverse effect

For the outside mount how offset is it (ie: 1" out from fame?)

If you're planning on doing a full custom cage why would you start with the forerunner bar? Seems like it would be better/stronger/cleaner if you used all the same material and build it to fit.properly.

I am doing the same thing with a 93 ball joint 60. I used the ballistic fab bracket and joints. The problem I am having is that the brackets are not angled inward. I mounted my lowers inside the frame and the joints a pretty much maxed out. I think they would be ok if you put your lowers...

I'm confused. What do you mean by stop the twisting? Are the pieces of tube being used as spacers between the door sill and rockers?
