If it were me, I would tell him to pay to return ship it back to me and refund the monies.
I have had this same exact scenario happen and when they realize how expensive it is to ship said item back, they usually fold.
Shipping is expensive.
Also, are you building custom length control arms?
If you are just using stock length control arms, it's easier and cheaper to just buy some aftermarket arms. What with the warranty you get and all...
I purchased from ballastic back in 09. Yes I received my order on time and am happy with their product, but they burned too many people.

There is wheeling of every type 2 hours...
After talking to my buddies today in the motor pool, I stand retarded.
Yes, I might use the burb for some local wheelin' but towing two with it that far will kill your truck or kill you.
Go big or go home.
Rent a U-haul truck and beat the crap out of their equipment. I'm sure you can find...
I hate to be the devils advocate...
Like I said before, I used to tow with a 1/4 ton jeep Grand Cherokee. Did it pull? Yes. I had a class IV hitch on with load bars. Was it safe? **** NO. I knew my limits and never let the trailer take over.
My worst ever towing incident was towing with a...
I'm buying what your selling.
If it were me I'd do it for a single trip.
Or we could go the Pirate 4x4 route and say that you can't tow anything unless you have a C4500 Kodiak with a built trans and tuned Duramax...
