i think the grill looks great.

what are the specs for the rear fender...(metal size, degree bends)

Thanks for the comment about the grill. I did make it and it was titled XJ-8 Grill

The rear fenders specs are as follows:

Rear quarter guards are 3/16 inch steel plate by THOR4x4.
The extensions that go from the forward most section of the quarter guard down to the rocker is also 3/16 inch steel.
The tube for the tube fender is .120 DOM
The forward bend is 56 degrees
The aft bend is 51 degrees
Both forward and aft bends towards the vehicle are 45 degrees
And the skin from the tube to the quarter quard is 16 guage steel.
