Where are the welders of Socal????

i have a Lincoln electric thingie, for whatever reason, it doesn't like to weld as good as it does at school lol. Good thing is i dont have a jeep to weld on any more lol!!! So i guess i have some time to pratice.

I got a lincoln 180 220v welder brand new from ebay, $435. shipped new with a 3 year warrenty. Working great so far. Gas welds up to 3/16ths and with .045 flux, says can weld 1/2 inch. Usally I weld 3/16 with gas, if bigger can grind and make multiple passes. The flux does burn in good tho, I dont like having to chip after tho.
