Violent front end shakes over 50mph

There is more that can cause front end shimmy at 55-60 mph than tire balance. I have 2 2000 cherokee's, one has 55000 miles and the other has 136000 miles. The 136000 miles one has a shimmy at 52 - 58 mph. The tires have been balanced 3 times by different shops. Still has shimmy. Moved tires from other cherokee which does not have a shimmy to 136000 mile cherokee, guess what, IT STILL HAS SHIMMY. Check your lower control arm bushings. Fixed mine.
