Vibes when Braking

Everytime I brake to a stop the front vibrates really badly. I think that it might be my tie rods that are loose or my trackbar too. I just wanted some other people's take on the situation.

warped brake rotors... get 'em turned for like $10 bucks at o'reillys, auto zone, or an auto shop...
