Trouble uploading avatar pic

As the title says, I'm having trouble uploading a pic. It's 94x95 and only 8k in size.

When I try to save it, it says: "Unable to save image".

Any ideas?

Same thing. I resize the pic to make it square 100x100 just in case. 12K in size. No dice. :confused1

Does the format matter? It's a jpg. Maybe I'll try Tiff and some others.

Both gifs and jpegs should be acceptable. Max of 100x100, 20,000 bytes or less. Got it hosted somewhere else that I can see it?
