53guy you should win by default becase all the other pictures are garbage. I like to see some thought in the images I look at not just snap snap snap. I think you know what I mean. Having a BBFA in Fine Art can be a curse at times. Especially at family gatherings. "Just snap the damn picture!" Is something I use to hear a lot. Those other shots of here are nice as well. The B&W one looks to be a little dark. Is it digitally done I assume? Oh yea I voted several time while at work!!!!!

Yeah, it is digital, but we were very time limited. I got home and had only two hours to take pictures, edit, host, and submit them. I'm picky when it comes to pictures. We took a few hundred pictures in many different outfits and positions and locations around the house. The one we submitted was one of the easier ones to edit and ultimately the best one because we felt the lack of background really added to the photo. It was more centered up when we took it, but we cropped it to be more off center and towards the bottom which I find tends to draw the eye to see the whole picture and not just render a quick look. Black and white over sepia over natural was chosen because of the poor light conditions. White backgrounds really helped, but the 60watt bulbs just weren't cutting it and we couldn't find any higher wattage bulbs!! Oh well, it will do I guess!
