Every 2 rotations each cylinder sucks in air once for a total of 4L air, which means 2L per rotation. At 6,000rpm that's 12,000L per minute. That converts to 423 CFM

Yes - but I don't think the rest of the engine can flow / burn 423 CFM. I could be wrong though.
