Wow, I really like that!
I'd loike to post mine which is similar so I'll try can't guarantee it. It has tools spare parts and an air tank along the front. Rear winch battery with 12 volt outlets an a 2000 watt inverter in the cavity where the tree strap is. Spare fuel & water are on bumper tire carrier.DSCN0412.JPG

Olympic 4x4 Cargo Rack or Similar

I browsed through this thread and didn't recall seeing the Olympic 4x4 cargo rack. Has anyone tried this product that can comment?

I thought about building one also - with some custom brackets for my large extinguisher etc.

The pictures posted earlier in this thread were of my Jeep.
The Olympic Rack has been in for almost 4 years and has worked well.
I have added lighting to underneath the rack since covering the racks upper surface blocks the cargo lighting. I use a flexible spider net to hold storage boxes into the rack.
Contact me if you have any questions.

Ahh I found them, thanks! I like that you raised it a bit also.

Finnaly figured it out about a month ago, thanks. I'll post them soon. I was so frustrated I deleted them off the camera. I'm putting my rear alloys in so I'll snap off a few!

Finally got the pics loaded and here you go! I was going to put 4 draws in but I like having a cubby hole to throw things into. In the cubby hole I have a 2000 watt inverter, two 20' foot tow straps one rated at 40k and the other 20k, a tree saver strap & misc. The drawers have spare parts, grease, tire plugs, clevises, rad, hoses, sledge hammers, hilift foot block, coveralls rags, winch controls front and back ect... On top of the storage is two folding seats, a canvas round low poker table, two 12 volt compressors, and an Optima battery with 2 12volt ports. On the front of the box is a home made slim air tank with blow off valve a big tool box behind the 12 volt cooler/warmer. Under the cooler and tool box is the spare shafts drive and axle. http://i1247.photobucket.com/albums/gg628/BossCherokee/DSCN0443.jpg http://i1247.photobucket.com/albums/gg628/BossCherokee/DSCN0444.jpg http://i1247.photobucket.com/albums/gg628/BossCherokee/DSCN0441.jpg http://i1247.photobucket.com/albums/gg628/BossCherokee/DSCN0442.jpg I know it looks heavy but it weighs about 90 to 100 pounds, I can load the box in and out by myself without the battery or drawer's in it.

I was going to creat a full "bedroom dresser" style cargo area after putting my spare in the roof rack but then I was torn about the ease of removal when installed. Every design I drew up ended up so detailed I didnt want to spend that much time. This is what I came up with instead. It set me back about 35 dollars in stock and chain and I LOVE how easy it is to remove and how sturdy it is when installed! My next mod will be a net to seperate the cargo area from the passenger area.
