I paid roger for bringing my jeep back with some of that first batch that fermented in the "swamp cooler". Nice clove finish. Second batch is pitched on same yeast cake and using same recipe. But it's fermenting without temp control ( getting into 70's in the carboy) and the banana esters smell coming off is great.
you gotta get some temp control going Will, that'll keep some of the odd flavors flavors out and keep the good flavors in!!! I'm going to have to get some from you...
