No blower, radio, wipers, etc.

I have a 30 amp relayin my tool box, I'll give it a shot. Gonna go pick up a metal breaker tomorrow and put that in too. I have a plastic one, but based on what you said Mike, I'll skip putting that one in. Worst case, I have to step up to a 70 amp relay and larger resettable fuse.

Just went through this. The brown wire at the igniton switch has overheated and the connector will be melted. This is not something to be bypassed, but addressed by ignition switch replacement and repair of the brown wire where it attaches to the switch.
 
Believe it or not, the switch and connector are in good shape. I think I got lucky and stopped to check the problem before it got worse. I'm not going to bypass the wire, just use it to activate a relay in order to prevent a melt down that seems inevitable otherwise.
