slap em on for now. Do rocker replacement winter of 2015 - 2016. You have too much on your plate as far as projects. You need to understand right now the opportunity cost of doing rocker replacement. The 4 weeks+ you spend doing it , you could have finished all other projects. Yes, you are a perfectionist and 4 weeks is a minimum timeline I am sure, along with your regulate life duties.
