Hannibal and flat nasty.

Clayton would be cool. We could make that 3 hours turn into all day :)

Hannibal to hot springs to clayton to ks rocks and back to hannibal.

Hannibal to hot springs will be a long haul, but not too bad if your junk stays cool and together. Ks rocks is in mapleton ks and splits the drive back from clayton to hannibal

And i haven't been to any of those parks

Hannibal to hot springs is too far. You can break it up with a stop in flat nasty, but it's still 9 hours in a car.

You'd need somewhere to go from flat nasty before you got to hot springs.

Edit: I suck at reading google maps.

If you went to hannibal, then KS, then clayton, then hot springs, then flat nasty, all of those legs are 6 hours or less.

SMORR is smack in the middle of all that too

I forgot about SMORR

EDIT: I posted this before I read Doug's reply...

I want to wheel Gray Rock too.

I've been to a bunch of these places but never wheeled them...only for competitions and seen a lot of parking lots.

Hot springs to Grey Rock is over 400 miles...need something in between there.

I wouldn't want to wheel Clayton in a rig I was driving a long distance.

There are three off-road parks near Clayton, OK.

You could do Flat Nasty and SMORR in back to back days.

The drive from Hot springs to Grey Rock is the longest...either more hwy or just have back to back travel days and stop in Memphis and see Elvis...

mac 'or drop Grey Rock from the trip' gyvr

Gray rock is tough to nail down an open time. You would have to arrange a private open in which you pretty much rent the park

I know Tony the owner. I bet he'd work something out with us.

If you can do SMORR it is a GREAT park, easy to wheel 4 days.

I have access to land in SW Iowa if you need a stop or start, good for a day or 3 of wheeling. But nothing close in under 5 hours of driving for a next park.
