from my understandings these clips stick out 4 inches father than the normal clips at the bottom.

depends on which bumper. my nates 4x4 winch bumper works well.

You could always paint the chrome portion matte black or your jeep's body color.

I agree, the 2500 fascia is dead on, would be a update to the hatch though.
This front clip uses standard fenders, I believe.
