ok. figured i might at well mosey on over to the regional and introduce myself since im always looking for new people to meet and wheel with.

My name is Richard. But I go by Dick. Im typically only called Richard when Im being a dick haha. Im originally from Texas, moved up here to Pittsburgh PA about a year and a half ago for literally no good reason. It was hot in Texas, it gets cold up here, theres seasons, and I had no strings attached in Texas besides family. So I just up and moved on a whim. As much as I hate Pittsburgh, its been the greatest move of my life and am happy Im here. Met my future wife(were engaged) got into the sport of offroading, and autocross, bought a house, and have a garage to work on my toys. Im a banker during the day and grease monkey at night. I enjoy most sports and love a cold beer. Im a smart ass but get along with most. Overall a drama free guy who enjoys a good time(as long as the fiance allows haha)

But yea, thats me. See yall around

Don and The Beast

My name is Don and my XJ is "The Beast." I got into jeeping about 2 years ago when the beast fell into my lap. My lil brother was getting ready to leave for Iraq following in my footsteps when he decided that he was going to sell his jeep. The XJ was already in my name for about a year and I jumped all over the chance. I had a Mustang at the time and with the kids, I wanted something with 4 doors to make it easier for them. I was also looking for something with 4WD. The jeep fit the bill perfectly and the price was just right. "The Beast" is a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport, Desert Sand Pearl for the exterior. I have done a few mods to the Beast including front bumper, winch, lights, roof rack, ect.

As for me there is not much. I continue to work on and mod my XJ. When I am not working on the XJ, I am working or taking care of my 5 kids. I have a wonderful woman whom despite her small dislike of me spending money on the jeep, does help me save money in the "Jeep Fund" that she controls so I cant spend it on other stupid stuff. I have had the XJ off road a few times and I must say I love it. I am currently planning a trip to go back to the ghost town of Centralia on Oct 24. Although trails and mud are fun, I am gravitating towards the expidition side of off roading. I enjoy traveling and want to see parts of the country and maybe the world that most people dont get to see because they dont have the right vehicle to get to.

Bandit welcome to NAC if your coming down to centralia on the 24th come down two days earlier and hang out with us for Rocktoberfest at RC

Hey guys, I just picked up a stock XJ a few weeks ago. In the process of 4.5 lift, 32 inch tires among some other little things.

I live in Toms River NJ and wander around the pines most the time on the weekends. Looking forward to making a few trips on the trail with some other XJ'ers.

Hey my name is rob new here but not new to jeeps, i had a 92 xj when i was 18 and i have always wanted another one, now it looks like ill have one in the next few weeks. the last xj i had never gave me any problems other than the tailight on the drivers side always going out, and it ran out of gas alot. but i beat it harder than i beat any other vehicle i have owned and let me tell you something, it never missed a beat. I also had a yj, and a liberty, the yj was bone stock, but the liberty i had was an 03 limited with a rusty's 3 inch suspension lift coils all the way around and strut spacer plates, it also had cooper discoverer stts on it and that thing was a beast, but me and my girlfriend broke up and it was her name so guess who got screwed!!!! this guy:bawl:. She has since traded it for a vw bug, i wish i knew where it was cuz i would try to get it back, but i plan on getting an xj. any ways i live in middletown new york so if any of you guys are from my neck of the woods maybe we can hang out. later all!!!! and happy jeepin!!!!!

hello gents, just got my first xj so i'm really new to the whole jeep thing. mine won't be a crazy trail rig like some of you have, but a modest daily driver/weekend off-roader. my first orders of business are to get some gauges into it so i can make sure it won't overheat on me(bought it from a friend who parked it 2 years ago because it overheated on him).
