Mine didn't tell me I could lift it. She told me her GF said to put heavy duty parts on it.

My GF helped me lift mine, bedlined my floor, and did a custom headliner

It can be done. I have a bone stock 99 I use for a dd for the last six years. I have no plans to modify it.
