I made little edges for the boots to hang onto:

Panels got pre-fitted before paint:

E-brake turned into a monstrosity:

Fuse and relay panel turned out really well:

And the paint color turned out much darker than anticipated:

And then it was sitting on its own:

Got the pieces painted up:

Dash installed:

And then... tada, It was moving, I hadnt seen an empty shop in over a year and a half!

From the backside:

Tyler made the shift boots for me with little messages in each one:

He also made the armrest:

Each sponsor got a place on the quarter panel:

It looked real clean before the lights and stuff had to go on.

Then to try and figure out how to make the skidplate:

attachment.php

I trussed the inside and plated over that so in reality It is a 1" thick skid plate I guess.

not to be rude...

because you obviously put a lot of time and money into this to turn out a great product... with a lot of blood, sweat, and beers.

but when are you going to really put it to use and challenge this machine? the video looked more like a shakedown.

If you bring the camera I'll let you chase me up and down the trails filming, otherwise you'll just have to settle for what you get...

GREAT looking XJ!!

Love your youtube channel as well.
