Install 235s done
Change CPS replaced this and the stator.. hope the code stays off for inspection
Register, plate, and inspect it need cel off to pass inspection
Get a spare tire need
Get battery hold down need
Align done
Fix AC grabbing one this weekend at NACfest. maybe get it in on monday

Pretty much just little stuff at this point. Plus packing and buying food/beer

Rough day..
Anyone know who would have ARB diff parts in stock?

Front locker has all its teeth broken off and the shop rebuilding it can get all the parts from ARB except for the flange Cap Part #: ARB-028502. It is out of stock they estimate 6-8 wks and somehow aren't aware of anyone that might have stock.

We have had 3 or 4 pretty costly things come up all at once in the last few days, things are going to be really tight.

ARB recently opened up a DC in Jacksonville where they're stocking a lot more parts than they have up in Washington.

Current XJ I'm building needs:

HP D44
Ford 9
37" Maxxis meats
Raceline beadlocks
Three link front
Liquid Iron Industries leaf spring sliders rear
JCR bumpers and armor all around
Roll cage
Hyline hood vent
HMF Fabrication 50" XJ light mount
50" ACX Offroad light bar

I don't think I'm going to be ready in time.

Replace power steering pressure hose

Buy new battery

Check fluids, joints, grease fittings
Pack tools and spare parts

Would like to get done...

Relocate CB antenna
Get new tail pipe installed

I cannot wait for this trip! Gonna be a great time!

I see you need a spare, would a worn out 31 MT on a factory size, bolt pattern wheel work? I see you are running 235's?

On a side note... Glenn test drove the heep and broke the passenger line. So that needs to be replaced and fixed.

All I have left now is:
Upper control arms
Fix exhaust where my front driveshaft won't annihilate it
Spring retainers (run tap through the holes)
Get track bar situation straightened out
Locker (may possibly skip this one depending on when everything else gets done)

Double check brakes/adjust drums

Reinforce bent LCA - Ready to weld
Reinforce front skid plate
Reinforce rear leaf hangers
Replace windshield, if time allows

Need to quite adding things.....
