A front locker will get you farther than a rear one.

Something to think about. IDK why I didn't suggest this when we chatted..... :eeks1:
 
1. New u-joint in front drive shaft - DONE
2. New driveshaft straps - DONE
3. New front pinion yoke - DONE
4. Repair spring holder on drivers side DONE
5. Repair snapped off bolt in the differential housing -DONE
6. Replace fluid in rear axle DONE
7. Repair broken track bar DONE
8. Get one new 31" MT DONE
9. Pick up spare long shaft DONE
10. Pick up spare short shaft DONE
11. Route cowl air induction system DONE
12. Mount new spare on factory rim DONE
13. Fix negative battery cable DONE
14. New ball joints DONE
15. New tie rod to pitman arm DONE
16. New tie rod to left steering knuckle DONE
17. New tie rod end at the left steering knuckle DONE
18. Replace Durango steering box with OEM DONE
19. New power steering fluid reservoir DONE
20. Replace front skid plate
21. Oil change DONE
22. New brake calipers on front axle
23. New brake line on drivers side
24. Inner axle oil seals on front axle
25. Measure bump stop height and add hockey pucks as necessary

It was on sale and I think I may get the front locked as well. BUT it has been shipped and I am just a little hard headed.

I had a suggestion given to me to lock the front and keep the rear open in Moab and was surprised how well it worked. You can still turn and it climbs just like both ends were locked.
 
I've just git a few more things to do:

Oil change
Rear pads and rotors
Install e brake cables
Load cooler and clothes
Maybe paint the interior tubes of the cage
Muster up the strength to wake up at 6 on a vacation day! :D

Grease everything Done
Install new-to-me-seats Done
Install A/C delete pulley and bracket
New belt and idler pulley
Delete vacuum lines hoping to fix high idle situation Done
Delete A/C junk so I have more room in the engine bay

Mark and Travis came over and we got some stuff done.

We changed both diffs and t-case in Mark's Jeep.

We also had to swap out the main fuel line in my XJ before we could even start the day. We adjusted my passenger side front door and installed a new seatbelt retractor in the back.

I think I will work on the A/C delete and belt install next weekend and try to knock that off the list too.

Tune up done

Change CPS not needed
Register, plate, and inspect it
Get a spare tire
 
Mostly posting this here so i dont forget anything.

Bottom cage tie ins
Electric Line lock
Move Cb antenna to front bumper and install new coax cable
Oil change and 51515 filter
Spare parts box
Install cherry bomb muffler and wrap it
Load it up on a trailer and drive north.
 
Seat fixed. Steering works atm. Working on H1 rim reinforcing now. I need to swap my steering shaft and steering column but idk if I will be able to get that done.

Think we're looking pretty good now. Got front locker in too.
Need to pick up a set of wheel studs.
 
i keep taking more crap off my jeep haha. gotta mount my new battery box, fix my flex joint on trackbar, maybe put in new TREs, give the jeep a complete once over.

Hopefully get most of this stuff except the tires and alignment done this weekend. The list just keeps getting longer now.

Coming down to limit straps

fixing the winch/some how manage to make it fit in the bumper

Add some more steel to the bumper for protection.

I really need a welder. Ugh!

Install shackle relocation kit - Done
Weld cage to shackle relocation kit - Ready to weld
Raise the shock mounts on rear axle - Ready to weld
Trim Shackles - Done
Double check brakes/adjust drums
Idler pulley - bought
Replace windshield, if time allows
