Aftermarket header with 99+ intake?

Going to be doing the 99+ intake mani on my new 4.6 stroker, and was looking at the Edelbrock header but it only is available for the 91-99 models. Will the 91-99 header be compatible with 99+ intake mani?

Also, what year manifold gasket should I use for this swap on a 7120 head??

It will work with the 99+ intake, they have 91-99 listed because in 2000 the exhaust changed to a completely different setup.
