for my 88 with 36's I did the disc conversion rear but i feel my brake power still sucks, especially in 4-lo on deep descents. I am hopefully soon finishing the rear and will have one ton's ready to go. But i would like some better braking power since my pads and shoes are in great shape, but...
Wow, Satan's Kingdom road!! I haven't been there since i was a sophomore in college when my Jeep was stock axles and gearing and I still had no responsiblity and went home with different girls all the time. You just brought back a flash of my youth.

either get the adjustable one from summit, but the i have to do the lines and fittings, etc. (does anyone have ezpierience with this set up) or just take the o-ring seal out of the stock proportioning valve. I have a dana 44 rear with a disc brake conversion using 8.8 rotors from a 95+...
Must be the son of that guy that was selling those deadly coil-spacers on e bay...remember the ones that go on the axle side of the coils. Now that i think about it...that guy was from Fla. too
