I missed the news.. True? Did he say this?

If you honestly beleive our forefathers fought and died for a christian nation, you have seriously mis-interpreted this fine nation's history. Did you ever study the constituition? Have you ever read the bill of rights? Next time you think about making a political statement, go ahead and don't...

How to start with no KEY!!

I imagine you're going to have to get at the ignition wires no matter what, and once you get to them just crossing them should turn it over. I've never tore apart an xj steering column, but maybe somebody here who has could give you the wire colors.

    Easy, free axle fix?

just shim the fork with a stack of washers, theres a couple of writeups on here about it. I did that and it worked fine.

    97 newer doorless notes

Yeah I suppose I should give credit where its due, Collin 90Piosport99 donated his drive way, use of tools and a lot of the work so a big thanks to you for that. Perhaps I will tackle the other version to make the doors line up better.

    97 newer doorless notes

I have a 98 4 door and recently followed this writeup to take my two front doors off. http://jeepforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=408138. It does a pretty good job of explaining things but I would like to add to it for anyone interested and say that you need to figure out what you're using for...

help broke bottom rear shock mount

How bad is it broke? I snapped mine on my last xj when I was lifting it. I had just enough left to perch the shock on and even after mudding with it and driving it every day for five months it was still perched ont here without even a nut to hold it. I imagine if you can get the shock up on that...

    More..... Kids these days.......

WHAT THE HELL?! a nine year old girl? "well like money is like money and like she got the money back anyway so like I don't like feel bad about it". As long as the girl scout money goes back to the girl scout she thinks the situation is corrected? Her parents should have beat her a little more...

Drop Bracket improves ride at 3"

I want to lift my 98 cherokee in the near future. I lifted an older that rode like crap and then It rode evenw orse after I lifted it. My 98 is a good ride stock, after I lift it I expect it to get worse, I could go Old Man Emu and I know those are very comfy but I'll probably end up with...

    stalling...

Hey, been having the same problem in my 90, and my buddy has the same problem in his commanche every once in awhile. I think its a renix thing. I ran fuel system cleaner and it went away, but that might just be placebo. If you do that, use system cleaner, not injector cleaner, system cleaner is...

Rough country with bilsteins or OME full kit

good to know, didn't wanna second guess your previous advice collin, but I read a post previously that said shocks couldnt really improve rough ride that much so I was just trying to get an idea, i've still got time before I can afford either option, but I'll keep that in mind.

Rough country with bilsteins or OME full kit

Ok, just acquired a new xj, have a 90 laredo with a three inch rough country lift on some monroe... i can't even tell their so old. It rode rough when i bought it and got rougher when I lifted it. Solid kit but tough ride on and offroad. Now the new xj I have is a 98 and it rides pretty smooth...

97+ Console in a 5 Speed... shift boot

You could go with a leather one too, andysautosport sells "universal" ones. You just give them the measurement and they'll send you a leather one. I think you have to call for sizes though, and you have to wade through waste deep ricer crap to find what you want. I condiser the leather to be...

    Anybody Run Green Diamond Icelander's?

I was wondering the same thing, I found treadwright shortly after posing this question. From what i've gathered it looks like re treads are a decent tire for a cheap price IF you don't air them down low... I doubt I would air them down much if at all, really I was looking more for an all...
