24 Hours of Lemons in an XJ in car video

Here's some of the in car footage, we have the entire race on in car video.

This is me on Sun, 2nd driver of the day. We were in the lead in our class and wanted to drive fast but safe so we would keep adding laps to stay ahead.

This is Matt on Sat, the first driver out and there was some rain at the beginning of the race but it dried out. Lot's of traffic early in the race and some good passing.

This is a stock '89 4dr 2wd XJ with 200k miles. The rear was spring under with an add-a-leaf and the front has the stock coils with a coil cut off to lower and stiffen it. The interior is stripped with a basic cage around the driver and a single racing seat. The doors and hatch are there and all of the glass. Stock shocks and bumps. It has an 8.8 with LSD and 3.73 gears. Stock brakes. Toyo 245/50 16 tires.

Great vids. Looks like great times too. Have considered going to this race but always forget about it until I hear it has been run for the year. Congrats on doing it.

Nope, that was a clean pass. I out braked him and took the inside line. I did get tagged a couple times, both were from guys dive bombing me in the corners too aggressively and I didn't see them so we made a little contact.
