XJ random power loss and pop

Awhile back I replaced a Ranger fuel pump with
a Carter. It looked to be excellent quality and
was made in USA. No problems since.

I also replaced an Explorer pump with a
Bosch. It too has performed flawlessly.
It was German made.

The China made stuff seems to be lower quality.
