WTB: 242 transfer case

i need a 242 or 231 for a friend of mine. we are replacing his 249 in his ZJ.

I have one, it is missing the tail cone..231 bolted up to a manual..The price is high..2 cases of pepsi and you pull it..

You may want to say what input spline you need. I think Scott's is a 21 spline. I not sure though.

If it is going into a ZJ it wont matter cause the input shaft needs to be swapped from the 249 into the 242 anyway.

I have one with a stretched chain - it'll need that replaced. The price? Free-fiddy-free. It is a 242.
