If you can make a console, consider using this as a template. That is from an Australian company that makes (made?) consoles for RHD vehicles (their URL is a squatter now).

If you just want to make something small and stupid, those of us who have done the '97+ floor console swap need a piece of molded plastic to cover the gap up front.

You could do a rear subwoofer enclosure for the cargo area cubby. If your into that sort of thing. Here is one on quadratec
