Tracking Fix After Tie Rod End Change

I just did my left outer and right inner tie rod ends (on the same tie rod).

I was careful to mark the tie rods, but when I put the new ones on, my tracking is off. Specifically, one wheel is about 18 degrees off of straight when the other is straight.

I can not make either tie rod end go in any further.

What could I have done wrong?

How do I fix it?
